It gives me immense pleasure to learn that two very young, dynamic and truly committed Medical Officer, namely Dr.Steve Minlun Steve Lun Zo and Dr.Robert Mangboi Robert Suantah have received the prestigious "Kayakalp Award" from the Government for being the cleanest PHCs in Churachandpur District, Manipur.

Eversince they are posted at Behiang and Singngat PHC, two of the remotest areas in the country, they transformed the Hospital completely.

Their love and concern for the poor people, even to patients from across the border, is evidence in maintaining clealiness and hygiene in and around the Hospital premises,devotion and commitment to their chosen profession and humble attitude towards their fellow beings.

I once again expressed my sincere appreciation to both the Medical Officers and thanks for their yeoman's service towards the people, and the same was recognised and given befiting recognition by the Government.

I also thank various stakeholders in extending co-operations to these two medical officers in getting this outstanding award.

May God bless them more to receive more rewards in days ahead !!
