Behiang Primary Health Centre Published a Souvenir in commemoration of 25th year anniversary

A PHC in a remote corner of Manipur, having won the coveted Kayakalp award for cleanliness, having bought motor-bike (with their own PHC fund) to take the nurses and their vaccine carriers to the ‘Hard to reach’ far-flung areas with a burning desire to deliver their right to immunization successfully to all the children; and now, coming up with a magazine! Series of surprises. A complex collection of achievements that no one will ever expect from Behiang PHC even in their wildest dreams. It’s all there for all to see. That’s against all odds.

CM inaugurates Staff Quarter

Behiang, Dec 19, 2017: State Chief Minister Pu N. Biren Singh today inaugurated the newly constructed staff quarter in the presence of Health minister, L. Jayantakumar, Agriculture minister, V. Hangkhanlian, MLAs from different constituencies including MANIREDA Chairman and Singngat MLA  Pu Ginsuanhau and top civil and police officials accompanied the Chief Minister during his maiden visit to the border village.

He rewarded the PHC with a sum of Rs 3 lakhs for being the best PHC in the district.
